Fans of LEGO NINJAGO’s green ninja have more to look forward to in January 2025. Hot on the heels of rumors about 71828 Lloyd's Pull-Back Race Car, whispers of a new set, 71829 Lloyd's Forest Dragon, are spreading. This compact build reportedly consists of 128 pieces and is expected to retail for $19.99, €19.99, or £18.99. Within this budget-friendly package, fans can expect two minifigures: Lloyd himself and a new mohawked enemy known as a Dragonian.

Small Size, Mighty Features

Although the 71829 Lloyd's Forest Dragon won’t break records for its size, it appears to be packed with functionality. The centerpiece is, of course, the green dragon, designed with moveable wings made from two oversized pieces that provide a striking visual appeal. These wings are accented with gold claws, adding to the mythical vibe of the creature. A printed, single-mold dragon head completes the design, tying together the green and gold aesthetic.

In addition to the wings, the dragon’s head and tail are posable, allowing for creative play and dynamic displays. A brown saddle sits atop the dragon’s back, providing a perch for Lloyd, complete with a printed emblem to enhance the details. Adding even more charm is the inclusion of a Baby Riyu figure, this time in a unique golden yellow color, making it a collectible piece for NINJAGO fans.
