Dreamnbricks, a talented LEGO creator, has reached the coveted 10,000-supporter milestone on LEGO Ideas with their stunning project, "The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes." This intricate model, featuring the iconic 221B Baker Street, captures the charm and mystery of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's legendary detective.

This project boasts approximately 2,550 pieces and features a detailed recreation of Sherlock Holmes' famous residence. The facade is inspired by the Sherlock Holmes Museum in London, while the back remains open for interactive play. Every room is furnished with incredible attention to detail, from the cozy fireplace to the detective's desk, where clues await discovery.
The set also includes several meticulously designed minifigures, representing Holmes, Watson, and other key characters, as well as a horse-drawn buggy to enhance the Victorian atmosphere. Notably, a miniature mastiff head in the fireplace pays homage to The Hound of the Baskervilles, one of Holmes’ most thrilling adventures.
Evolution of the Design
The creator refined this design after an earlier submission, improving accuracy in the facade and adding more intricate details to the interiors. According to Dreamnbricks, they aimed to preserve the playability of the set while staying as faithful as possible to the London museum.
The Journey to 10,000 Supporters
Achieving 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas is no small feat. This milestone means that the project will proceed to the LEGO Review phase, where LEGO designers and experts evaluate its feasibility as an official product. The review process will begin in January 2025, with results expected several months later.
